Can I change my date?
Of course! With at least 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times at no extra cost. We’ll do everything we can to make the process smooth for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If an event is rescheduled within 7 days of the original date, full payment for perishable items may still be required. That said, we always do our best to work with you and find a fair solution.
How does the billing process work?
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event. This ensures we can source the freshest blooms and prepare your arrangements with care.
